1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 726pub ("726pub," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the 726pub website, platform, mobile interface, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

726pub reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Provision of false information regarding eligibility shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 726pub. The maintenance of more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, on the same device, IP address, payment method, or household, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 726pub reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

726pub accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Own Funds and Own Accounts

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 726pub account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any criminal activity. You further represent that you are the authorized holder of any payment method used to make deposits. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed and your account restricted pending investigation.

5.3 Currency

726pub operates primarily in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. 726pub is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 726pub account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. 726pub is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may only be requested by verified account holders. Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal will be processed. 726pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our risk management systems.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

7.1 Wagering Requirements

7.2 Bonus Abuse
